The detail

Bidding is a lagging system. A bid submitted in month one may not be decided until month four because public bodies award on their own calendar. That is why a single month is never a fair measurement window.

What should move immediately is activity: opportunities reviewed, bids qualified, packages submitted, and follow-ups logged. Those are leading indicators, and they are visible in the first weeks.

Relationships compound. Each submitted bid puts you on a GC or owner's radar, and the second and third bids to the same buyer convert at a higher rate than the first.

People also ask

What happens in the first 30 days?+

Department buildout: portal registrations, prequalification packages, bonding and insurance documentation, trade and radius targeting, proposal templates, and the first sourced opportunities.

Can I cancel if it is not working?+

Yes. The initial engagement is six months, because that is the window in which pipeline compounds into awards. You can pay monthly, prepay three months, or prepay the full engagement for the best rate.
