Data Sharing. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Terms and Conditions.

• By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Smart Movers Club LLC (855-901-CLUB [2582]) regarding account notifications, customer care, delivery notifications, and marketing.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.

BidEngine Platform

BidEngine ("the Platform") is a SaaS product operated by Smart Movers Club for construction bid analysis, estimating, and proposal management. When you create a BidEngine account or use the Platform, the following additional terms apply alongside our general privacy policy.

Information we collect. Account details (name, email, company, phone, role), authentication metadata, billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and the bid content you upload — including plans, specifications, addenda, proposals, pricing data, compliance documents, and any messages you send to our support team or AI assistant.

How we use your information. To deliver the Platform's bid-analysis, estimating, proposal, and workflow features; to provide customer and account-management support; to process payments and prevent fraud; to operate AI features that summarize, extract, and analyze your bid documents on your behalf; to send transactional emails (bid status, due-date reminders, support replies, billing notices); and to improve product quality and reliability.

AI processing. Bid documents and chat messages may be processed by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and Perplexity) strictly to generate the analysis you requested. We do not allow these providers to use your content to train their models, and AI outputs are returned only to your workspace.

Sharing. We do not sell your data. We do not share your bid content with other customers. We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, transactional email providers, AI providers above) and where required by law.

Data retention. Bid documents and account data are retained for the life of your account. If your subscription ends or your trial expires, your workspace is moved to an Archived state and your data is retained until you request deletion or reactivate. You may request export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@smartmoversclub.com.

Security. Data is stored in a managed backend with authenticated, role-based access. Each customer's data is isolated by tenant-level access controls (RLS).

Your rights. You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or close your account at any time. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA.
